The house is located at 1100m above sea level and is reachable via a good mountain road (only the last 600 meters are not paved). Important: Appropriate equipment is necessary in winter. Snow chains are absolutely necessary in snowy conditions... The road is ploughed (max. 1x daily) but it is not gritted. This house is on the sunny side of Zillertal and affords perfect panoramic views.

There is only one farmhouse nearby, otherwise there are just forests and meadows. You are only a 10-minute drive from civilization, however, which includes shops and restaurants etc.  This is a very romantically situated alpine hut, with all the comforts of a vacation home.
