Additional Information:
The rental price is due in full at the time of arrival (when we will also give you the keys).  A deposit amounting to 50% of the total price is required at the time the booking is made, with the remainder payable upon arrival. A security deposit amounting to 200 Euro will be refunded upon return of the property in an appropriate condition (broom-clean, dishes washed etc.). Incidental charges for electric, water and heating are included in the price. .

Please ask for dates not listed above.  The downstairs apartment can also be rented out as needed.  This apartment accommodates another 8 people. Ask for details!

Incidental expenses include standard tourism taxes and, in winter, the price of the gondola and luggage transportation to the house, including the Skidoo.
