The house is located at 1100m above sea level and is reachable via a good mountain road. Important: Appropriate equipment is necessary in winter. Snow chains are absolutely necessary in snowy conditions... The road is ploughed but it is only partially gritted. This house is on the sunny side of Zillertal and affords perfect panoramic views. 5-minute walk from the ski bus!

Nearby are 2 mountain inns. Supermarkets and shops are located down in the valley (about a 10-minute drive).  This is a very romantically situated alpine hut, with all the comforts of a vacation home.
