Our three mountain huts give you the comforts you are used to back home, in a setting that is quite beyond compare. All three vacation houses enjoy a unique location in the midst of Zillertal's alpine world, far removed from the noise and hectic activity you find elsewhere, at elevations of 1100m (Berghaus Hart and Berghaus Stumm) and 1800m (Berghaus Kaltenbach). The huts are an ideal base for your family vacation with children.
Summer in Zillertal is all about hiking, biking, golf and Nordic walking, relaxing strolls through beautiful countryside, or all-out action including paragliding, rafting, canyoning,.... In winter, right outside your front door are pristine winter landscapes (Berghaus Hart in Zillertal) and superbly groomed slopes without end (Berghaus Kaltenbach). These 3 mountain houses are all distinguished by their proximity to the ski areas and mountain lifts.

Berghaus Hart in Zillertal
This vacation house for 2 – 11 people is located in Hart in Zillertal, nestled above the village of Fügen amidst untouched countryside, in a secluded setting on the edge of the forest. Here you will find the peace, quiet and relaxation you seek. This family- and children-friendly alpine hut also features a garden and sauna. Sit out on the big sunny terrace and enjoy the one-of-a-kind panoramic views out across Tyrol's alpine world. The big ski areas are right across the way, on the other side of the valley. |
Berghaus Kaltenbach

Berghaus Stumm in Zillertal
Berghaus Stumm stands on the Gattererberg, above the beautiful village of Stumm im Zillertal. With 5 bedrooms and 2 baths featuring all the amenities, this vacation house provides flexible accommodation for 2-12 people. Families with children are more than welcome, able to set out on exciting hikes from right outside the front door. The views from the terrace take in the Hochzillertal - Hochfügen ski area on the opposite hillsides. |
